The Present Authority to Heal Your Life
This authority completely disrupts the status quo. Consider what happened when the cultural and intellectual elite of the day gathered together:
“On one of those days, as he was teaching, Pharisees and teachers of the law were sitting there, who had come from every village of Galilee and Judea and from Jerusalem. And the power of the Lord was with him to heal.” (Luke 5:17).

“By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, and by the breath of his mouth all their host.” (Psalm 33:6).
Think about a massive child health crisis in Namibia, where doctors in South Africa did exhaustive research and finally admitted, “We are very sorry, we have never seen anything like this, and we cannot fix it.” Yet, during a simple service, while the mother closed her eyes in faith, a creative miracle took place instantly. Why? Because the cosmos obeys a specific law:
“For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it stood firm.” (Psalm 33:9).
What specialists, experts, and human systems cannot do, the Lord fulfills.
“‘Ah, Lord God! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you.’” (Jeremiah 32:17).
He is entirely in charge, holding absolute authority over your exact situation right now.
“‘Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is anything too hard for me?’” (Jeremiah 32:27).
He is the God of all flesh—which means there is no part of your physical body, your career, your dating choices, or your mental health that He cannot realign.
Take the case of a medical crisis where a woman’s womb was completely, surgically removed. The doctors signed the papers, and the medical charts declared a family was impossible. “By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible.” (Hebrews 11:3).

Your breakthrough, your healing, and your ultimate purpose are entirely secure when you stop relying on the shifting opinions of people and start standing firmly on the unchanging truth of God, because “The grass withered, and the flower fell, but the word of the Lord remains forever.” (1 Peter 1:24-25).
