Pastor Akin J. Adeniyi is a humble, Holy Ghost‑filled leader with a deep passion for helping people know God personally and grow in their faith. He serves as the minister in charge of Deeper Life Bible Church’s USA Central Region 2, headquartered in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Under his leadership, the region has seen lives transformed, believers strengthened, and testimonies of healing, restoration, and God’s power—much like the early church in the book of Acts.
He currently oversees Deeper Life churches across Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Iowa, guiding congregations with compassion, clarity, and a strong commitment to biblical truth.
A Teacher, Preacher, and Disciple
Following the example of his spiritual father and mentor, Pastor W. F. Kumuyi, Pastor Adeniyi is known for his clear teaching of Scripture, his heartfelt preaching, and his unwavering dedication to the message of Christ. He is a disciple who contends earnestly for the faith and calls people to a life of holiness, purpose, and genuine transformation.
A Ministry Rooted in Calling
Pastor Adeniyi began his ministry in Nigeria under Pastor Kumuyi’s leadership before relocating to the United States in the mid‑1990s. He first served in the Washington, D.C.–Maryland–Virginia area, where he helped pioneer the establishment of Deeper Life in the Baltimore metropolitan region. Later, he moved to Minnesota, where his calling was reaffirmed and expanded, leading to his current regional leadership role.
He has ministered across the United States, sharing the gospel with people from all backgrounds and helping build strong, Christ‑centered communities.
From Journalism to Ministry
Before entering full‑time ministry, Pastor Adeniyi worked as a journalist in Nigeria, contributing to respected media organizations such as Newsline Newspapers, ThisWeek Magazine, The Guardian, and Daily Times of Nigeria. His communication background is evident in his clear, thoughtful, and impactful preaching style.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. After moving to the United States, he earned a Master’s degree in Software Systems and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Pastor Adeniyi is joyfully married to his ministry partner, Christianah, and they are blessed with four children.

Pastor Thompson Aderemi is a missionary at heart—a man who has spent more than three decades planting churches, strengthening believers, and bringing the hope of Christ to communities across the United States and beyond. In the early 1980s, while raising his young family, he and his wife Selina pioneered the very first Deeper Life Bible Church locations in America. What began as small gatherings soon grew into thriving congregations across states like Texas, Georgia, Illinois, Ohio, Colorado, California, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Arizona, and Alabama.
A Missionary With a Burden for Souls
Pastor Aderemi is known for his willingness to go anywhere, reach anyone, and give anything to rescue the perishing. Over 36 years of ministry in the U.S., countless people have come to faith in Christ through his preaching. Many have also experienced healing, restoration, and divine intervention as God confirmed His word with signs following.
His missionary drive brought him to Texas in 1997, where a small house fellowship grew—through prayer, perseverance, and the power of the Holy Spirit—into the Southwest Regional Headquarters. Today, he oversees a region that spans 14 states, stretching from Texas to the Dakotas and even into neighboring Mexico.
A Leader Formed by Calling
Like his spiritual father and mentor, Pastor W. F. Kumuyi, Pastor Aderemi has remained focused, disciplined, and unwavering in his commitment to the gospel. While others encouraged him to slow down, he continued planting churches where none existed and training younger pastors to carry the mission forward.
He is a Speaker, Teacher, Preacher, and Evangelist, and his ministry has taken him across the United States, Africa, the Caribbean, and Mexico—strengthening leaders and building Christ‑centered communities.
From Business to Full‑Time Ministry
Before entering full‑time ministry, Pastor Aderemi graduated from the University of Ibadan in Nigeria and ran a successful print shop business. When God called him into ministry through Pastor Kumuyi in 1987, he responded immediately—without hesitation or delay.
Family
Pastor Aderemi has been married to his beloved wife, Sister Selina Aderemi—affectionately known as “Mommy”—for over 46 years. Their marriage is blessed with four children and several grandchildren.

Today, he provides leadership to several Deeper Life Bible Church locations across the United States—with majority of those churches planted under his leadership in nineteen years. His ministry reflects the same commitment to holiness, integrity, and compassion modeled by his spiritual father and mentor, Pastor W. F. Kumuyi.

Pastor Dada has shared the message of Christ across the world—throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean. His ministry has taken him to places such as the Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Israel, and Palestine, connecting with people from every background and walk of life.
Leadership Beyond the Pulpit
In addition to serving as the Regional Overseer for Deeper Life Bible Church locations in the United States, Pastor Dada also provides oversight for several countries in Asia. He serves the wider Christian community through roles such as:

Before stepping into full‑time ministry, Pastor Dada worked in banking and holds both a B.Sc. in Business Administration and an MBA. His background in business has shaped his practical, disciplined, and people‑centered approach to ministry and leadership.

He is a unique blend of pastor, scholar, and missionary—deeply committed to helping people grow in their faith while also shaping minds in the academic world.
A Shepherd With a Strong Teaching Ministry
Alongside his wife, Pastor Mary Dele‑Oni, he leads the New England regional operations from Canton, Massachusetts. His ministry is marked by a strong emphasis on soul‑winning, prayer, spiritual growth, and biblical teaching. He is known for helping believers understand the deeper dimensions of prayer, spiritual warfare, and victorious Christian living.

He has also taught as a Visiting Assistant Professor at Bridgewater State University and the University of Massachusetts, influencing students from diverse backgrounds and preparing them for meaningful careers.
